Your tasks
As an IT support employee (m/f/d), you will handle system malfunctions and configuration requests from customers for our KIX product.
You will proactively support our customers by checking error messages and carrying out regular system maintenance and operating system updates.
In addition to installing new KIX versions, you are available as a competent contact person for the community in the KIX forum and offer self-help there.
Your profile
You have completed a technical education and have a good understanding of IT.
Reading and understanding codes is no challenge for you, and you are experienced in working with Linux and/or ticket systems.
You are fluent in German, have a basic knowledge of English and enjoy imparting technical knowledge and advising customers.
You would like to be part of something big and contribute to a product that you identify with.
