As an IT support employee (m/f/d), you will handle system malfunctions and configuration requests from customers for our KIX product.
You will proactively support our customers by checking error messages and carrying out regular system maintenance and operating system updates.
In addition to installing new KIX versions, you are available as a competent contact person for the community in the KIX forum and offer self-help there.
