Are you enrolled in computer science or information technology and want to put your practical skills to the test?

Your tasks

  • Technical installations: You'll help set up and install new technology, including laptops, docking stations and monitors.
  • Helpdesk support: You will be part of our helpdesk team and assist in answering technical queries and troubleshooting hardware or software issues for our employees.
  • Maintaining and updating systems: You will assist in updating our systems by installing software updates and patches.
  • Documentation: You will contribute to the maintenance of our IT infrastructure documentation by creating hardware inventories, maintaining network diagrams and updating operating manuals.
  • Project support: You will take part in special IT projects, depending on the current requirements of the company and your interests and skills.

your skills

  • You are enrolled in a degree program with a focus on computer science, information technology or a related field.
  • You have knowledge of IT infrastructure and technical support.
  • You have excellent problem solving and communication skills.
  • You work independently and have a proactive approach to work.
  • You are self-organized, responsible and have a hands-on mentality.
  • You are interested in network and security technology.
  • You are fluent in German and have a good command of English.
